It's June 2nd Week Again!
Ahh...It's June 2nd week again! And as usual, I've become nostalgic with the advent of monsoon ;-) Thought I’ll dump something from my latest blog entry on this DL J.
So one more year has gone by….and it's now 2 full yrs out of college. I'm still here in Pune….and so are many of you. Yup, some things have changed for sure….my cubicle for example ;-). I can't look at the lush green fields outside now.
Kinda settled now in Pune and here in Cogni. Especially because I've been spending more time
in academy these days…training/being mentor to freshers. So it gives some visibility in organization and you make many new acquaintances….while it's cool on project front. Last June 2nd week, we’d arranged for a get-together of boys’ hostel batch….had a great fun at Lonavla. Whom else could I laugh-until-it-hurts-your-stomach and crack those PJs with? I dunno why, but it certainly gives immense pleasure to be with those oldies…Coz now I’m not a college kid….a grown up professional (?). But as somebody’s rightly pointed out,
“There’s no point in growing old if you can’t be childish at times ;-) “
Life’s become a bit more complicated now….issues, issues and issues. (This is very bad in fact…I’ve started abusing the use of word “issue”….result of spending time in office ppl I guess.) You’ve people around you….with whom you’re attached with various bonds.
Then there are your personal ambitions in life and your responsibilities. Life still holds loads of promises of sparkling future besides it’s very much enjoyable right now. I feel more satisfied than the previous year…..not completely though. Like I’d said in my earlier blog entry (exactly one yr before), I’m not sure where I will land up finally. The journey called “Life” is in an interesting phase and I’m keeping my fingers crossed…
