Scribbling
Agghh....One more week is pasing by :( I've been never so pathetic at "doing nothing" ! Barring the hectic work for last 2 weeks in office, I'm whiling away my time from past almost 8 weeks. And now I'm getting out of that work in office too :) Aso... ("Aso" is synonymous to "Anyways" or "Let it be" in Marathi :) )
It's been 4 weeks we flatmates ( Me, Khobra,Psycho,Bhau,Gupta) have been to Sathyam for a movie. Sat eve. was pretty entertaning though. We'd been invited at Mridu's place for a round of special kheer made by his mom. So, after getting out in 2-3 balls for around five to six times in the "galli cricket" I decided to give up & we headed to Mridu's place. Now everyone who knows can imagine how worked up I would've got after drudging thru' almost 40 steps and reaching the 3rd floor apartment. It was Mridu's cousin (we learned later) who answered the doorbell by Gupta. I had (obviously ;-) ) reached last and was standing behind. It was almost 5 seconds after the door had been opened and we were still standing out. She asked a second time "Mridu's friends??' with a quizzical look on her face. I was about to say "Nahi ..chor uchhakke hai..." but restrained myself to a "Oye..andar legi ki nahi!" mumbling which she seemed to hear ;-) Aso...
Gupta was in awesome form & blew Psycho away like Sachin had done to Warne in Sharjah ;-) As usual, Psycho's eating habits were the target. Psyhco even splilt some tea on the bed and got scolded by Nandini. Bechara ...got so worked up that he had to warn me & Gupta - "Kisi ke khane ke baare main comment nahi karna chahiye". Kheer and Gulab Jamun were really delicious.
We'd been to the newly opened "Tidel Residency" for dinner. Dined in "Olive" restaurent there....found it to be good.
And here I am...set to pass the boredom to you guys after a jog to the beach on sunday morning. Was unfortunate not to see the sun rising from horizon over the sea as even today, it was a little cloudy :(. True to the name given to him, Psycho din't sleep for the whole night, came to the beach with me and is still awake! I'm relishing the "egg burji", self made - for the first time in life :). Oil thoda jyada ho gaya hai... namak bhi thoda jyada ..aur mirch kam...but it's tasting awesome ;-)

Wah Rams ,sahi aish kaat rahe ho tum log. Me miss chennai,and Yeah I mean it :) .I have fond memories of my stay in chennai.It would have been hell lot of fun ,had you moved to chennai when I was there...

that had to be great fun it seems from the way you have put it down. And whats so special on the beach on sunday morning.. I'm sure you are not going to take pains to move around the beach just to have some good health..???

No really...am little (a lot actually) conscious abt my tummy these days and go to the beach for jogging. Oh yeah... I keep my eyes wide open while jogging is a different issue altogether ;-)
